“精彩动漫 新质未来”“炫动动漫之夜”晚会是第二届中国（吉林）动漫大会的主体活动之一，整场晚会凭借 3D 裸眼屏、舞台激光、LED 等先进的高科技呈现方式，将 AIGC 技术与动漫艺术精妙地利用在一起，并通过交响乐演奏、光影科技秀、歌曲表演、动漫人物表演秀等丰富多样的节目形式予以呈现，在实现传统文化与现代艺术、技术融合的同时，承载着美美与共、和谐共生的美好愿望，展现了中国动漫的百年历程，并对中国动漫的美好未来致以无限的期待。
