　　A private jet crashes into meijubar.net woodland outside London. Among the passengers is a former U.S. Ambassador. Thomas investigates the apparent suicide of a successful businessman, finding unexpected connections to the plane crash.

　　故事发生在民国初年，潘家世代经营着永泰隆丝绸厂，在当地家大业大，根基稳固。潘家显（麦长青 饰）虽然身为长子，却因为能力不足个性软弱而无法承担家业，反而是妹妹潘巧儿（康华 饰）巾帼不让须眉，肩负着沉重的责任，将一切打理的井井有条。三子潘家扬（马浚伟 饰）深受父亲的喜爱，却一心沉迷于研究医学，早已离家。
　　冼碧云（邵美琪 饰）是潘巧儿手下的女工，亦和潘家显有着一段尘封的感情。只是最后，懦弱的潘家显选择顺从父母之命，迎娶了富家小姐杨艳桃（叶翠翠 饰）。某日，久无音信的潘家扬忽然现身，推动了潘家命运的齿轮，就在大家沉浸在潘家扬回归的喜悦之中时，等待着众人的却是潘巧儿冰冷的尸体。

Also, Dawson is working on a new movie, a horror film titled "Wicked Dead" with him as the assistant director and the hack Todd Carr as director. When he finally gets together with Joey, he is the only one to have remembered her 20th birthday.

　　故事发生在四十年代的香港，时值乱世，群雄当道。许大广（林家栋 饰）是广昌隆粮油批发行的伙计，一次偶然中，他得到了一把神秘的雨伞，附在伞上的女鬼小芙蓉（周海媚 饰）现身，就此开启了一段充满了凄婉与哀怨的人鬼恋情。
　　原来，小芙蓉生前是广昌隆大少爷陆运广（林家栋 饰）的情人，之后，陆运广被陆运昌（金兴贤 饰）和陆运隆（李成昌 饰）设计杀死，兄弟两人之后顺理成章地接替了陆运广的位子，成为了广昌隆的掌柜。小芙蓉意外得知，原来许大广正是陆运广的转世，而许大广的出现亦令广昌隆两位掌柜感到了危机。随着时间的推移，小芙蓉和许大广之间产生了感情，然而，人鬼殊途，两人能否有缘走到一起？
