《脱鞋恢单4men》是缺少什么、哪里别扭、渴望幸福的平局年龄50.5岁四个男人邀请嘉宾到自己家里进行谈话的观察脱口秀。
栏目组预告第一期节目中可以看到“恢单4men”卓在勋、林元熙、李尚敏、金俊昊和嘉宾宋旻浩、P.O的见面。宋旻浩、P.O访问的地方是“国民心酸”林元熙的家，在脱鞋舒适的概念下，有望听到两人恋爱观、结婚观等真实想法。
特别是，有着离别伤痛（？）的“恢单4men”为了解决关于恋爱、结婚的好奇，对“最近的孩子们”宋旻浩、P.O展开提问攻势。谈到“暧昧的标准”时，宋旻浩和P.O听到李尚敏“男女两人在一个空间里就是暧昧”、卓在勋“互相十指相扣就结束了”的发言后非常惊讶，感受到难以逾越的“代沟”。
据悉，从“恢单4men”的跌宕起伏恋爱故事到粉碎结婚浪漫的现实建议，两人始终都是合不上嘴的惊讶样子。
