　　降龙（梁荣忠 饰）、哮天犬（何宝生 饰）和玉女（梁小冰 饰）因触犯了天条而被贬入凡间，他们必须经历人间的种种悲欢离合，行善积德，才能重返天庭。降龙和哮天犬投胎来到了李太医家中，成为了修元与释元，玉女则由一位姿色可人之女子变成了人人不忍侧目的丑八怪纪柔。
