该劳作纪实互动节目由陈少熙、何浩楠、蒋敦豪、李耕耘、李昊、鹭卓、王一珩、赵小童、卓沅、赵一博组成“种地小队”。节目真实记录10位年轻人，踏踏实实地用190天时间，在142亩土地上，播种、灌溉、施肥、收获。节目中成员们随着麦子一同成长，最终见证一粒麦子变成麦田，看到自己耕作的土地变成诗歌图园，以此传递“认真做好一件事”这种态度的实际意义和人生价值。
