　　上河村村主任郝运辉在领导村民开山筑路的过程中不幸遇难，生命垂危，临终前他希望俊龙能够回上河村带领村民继续奋斗，实现几代上河村人“要让家乡父老过上城里人的生活，有尊严地活着”的美好梦想。俊龙决定放弃董事长之职，回村参加新一届村主任竞选——去和生他养他的那片黑土地共同实现那美丽的梦。
