　　面对日益严重的罪案，香港警方的组织日趋强大和现代化，警方人员的质素亦不断提高。十三集警匪单元剧「干探群英」便是描写警队中心的一组干探，在他们面对悍匪时，亦有自身的喜怒哀乐，从中揭示他们的查案经过及生活情况。
　　新任帮办欧阳锦源（关礼杰）是一学院派出身的年轻人，他初入重案组，与性格火爆的探员炸弹（甄子丹）、滋油淡定的甘旺（李成昌）格格不入，时有冲突，但在辑拿悍匪丁木（欧瑞伟）的事件中，三人发展出惺惺相惜，英雄重英雄的同胞之爱。
　　女警方静敏（何嘉丽）外刚内柔，对炸弹的粗豪性格初时颇不以为然，但对其颐指气使却逆来顺受，某次两人终于大打出手，自此以后，二人竟踏上爱情之路。
　　而干探们在屡建大功之余，在感情方面亦有进展及变化，锦源与女友分手；甘旺在一次收保护费的案中与前女友玲（商天娥）重拾旧欢。众人又对警署餐厅老板女儿Flora（刘玉翠）极尽关怀爱护，令她从罪恶边缘重回父亲怀抱。

　　该剧根据网络作家步非烟的东方奇幻同名小说改编，讲述了擎天城小霸王李玄，与背井离乡来到天启国完成使命的少女苏犹怜在摩云书院共同学习，从欢喜冤家到互相爱慕，最后和一众摩云学子历经挑战，最终迎来和平新纪元的故事。

　　张凤芝（毛舜筠 饰）和丈夫陈国良（吴镇宇 饰）结婚多年，夫妻两人之间的感情一直十分要好，哪知道陈国良在一场意外中不幸丧生，借此契机，张凤芝才震惊的得知，看似忠厚老实的陈国良，其实一直和自己的好友方希彤（邓萃雯 饰）有一腿。在机缘巧合的作弄之下，张凤芝必须和方希彤住在同一屋檐下，虽然狗男人已经死了，但两个女人之间的恩怨却源远流长。
