　　Original multi-layered ITV crime drama series Marcella, written by internationally renowned screenwriter and novelist Hans Rosenfeldt (The Bridge) and starring Anna Friel (Broken, American Odyssey) returns to production this month (July 2017).
　　
　　Returning alongside Anna Friel as the lead Marcella, in the highly praised drama are Ray Panthaki (One Crazy Thing), Nicholas Pinnock (Fortitude, Guerrilla), Jamie Bamber (Fearless, NCIS) and Jack Doolan (White Gold).  New cast members are also welcomed; Nigel Planer (Episodes, Comic Strip Presents, The Young Ones), Keith Allen (Eddie The Eagle, My Mad Fat Diary), Sophia Brown (Beauty & The Beast, Clique, Disobedience), Peter Sullivan (Cuffs, Critical, The Borgias), Jason Hughes (Three Girls, Midsomer Murders), Victoria Smurfit (Once Upon A Time, Trial & Retribution, The Beach), Yolanda Kettle (The Crown, Love Nina), Josh Herdman (Harry Potter) and Harriet Cains (Line of Duty, Safe House).

　　The eight-part series is once again set in contemporary London and the new series unfolds in the unique style of Rosenfeldt’s Nordic style.  Interweaving storylines and characters from all different walks of life and backgrounds will lead the audiences on a complex and emotional journey and keep them guessing until the very end.
　　
　　The story begins with the discovery of a body inside a wall.  The body is surrounded by toys and soft animals and a school blazer; a devastated Marcella soon works out that the body is that of schoolboy Leo Priestley, who was abducted a few years beforehand and a friend of Marcella’s son, Edward.
　　
　　A task-force is quickly pulled together by newly promoted DCI, Tim and we are introduced to a new member of the team, LeAnn.  In one of the first meetings, she stands up for Marcella – something that she is not used to within the workplace.
　　
　　As the investigation progresses, we’re introduced to a number of new characters – an old pop star Reg and his manager and friend Alan; edgy businessman Vince Whitman and his charity boss wife Maya; a previously convicted criminal Phil Dawkins; brother and sister Gail and Eric; and Becky, the new fiancée of Marcella’s ex-husband.
　　
　　Whilst the storylines entwine, Marcella is still battling with her ongoing sporadic fugue states which she struggles to come to terms with and is getting increasingly worried about the effects it is having on her and her family around her.
　　
　　The first series of Marcella won many fans, achieved rave reviews and sent social media into meltdown when it aired on ITV in 2016. The launch episode was the series best performer with 8 million viewers and a 29% share of viewing. The series average of 6.8 million viewers (25% share) firmly placed Marcella as one of ITV’s top rated dramas last year.
　　
　　Marcella has been re-commissioned by Polly Hill, Head of Drama and the production will be overseen for ITV by Senior Commissioner Victoria Fea.
　　Marcella will be executive produced by Rosenfeldt, Nicola Larder and Buccaneer Media’s founder Tony Wood who created the joint venture production company in partnership with global entertainment company, Cineflix Media.  Annie Harrison Baxter (In The Flesh, The Secret of Crickley Hall, Wild at Heart) is producing the series and Chris Ballantyne (Broadchurch, Born To Kill, The Level) is co-producing. The first three episodes will be directed by Charles Martin (Stonemouth, The Returned, Skins).

　　本剧改编自DTT畅销小说《时光机》，故事讲述了在平行时空中“高冷学霸”叶佑宁（施柏宇 饰）和“向日葵女孩”夏文希（陈昊宇 饰）的甜蜜“奇遇”。两人在亿万分之一的概率下相遇，重启高中生活，重遇青春玩伴，重温青涩初恋，这场跨越时空的对话，为美好的年少时光更笼罩一层奇幻色彩。

　　故事主要围绕方家一家人展开，方家以参茸海味店为祖业，十多年均由长女方沛琪（汪明荃）主理，现今发展已上轨道。琪一向是方家支柱，在外坚守祖业；在内则姐兼父职，对一向醉心于演艺事业的妹方沛恩（毛舜筠）及甚受方母宠爱的弟方沛辉，均严加管教，但却关怀备至，对母曾丽卿（谭倩红）则非常孝顺；而与方父老朋友兼海味店老伙计林汉忠（胡枫），感情甚佳，忠更视琪为契女。 琪欲放下事业、家庭的包袱与拍拖多年的男友结婚，却料不到男友已另结新欢，琪悲愤之余，决定提出分手。琪情变之时，幸得一位因工作而认识的朋友方咏诗（李司棋）开解，彼此后来更成好友。此时，诗母冯贵娥（南红）由美返港，透露诗与琪其实为同父异母的姐妹，二人均感晴天霹雳。 诗与琪本性格相投，二人亦惺惺相惜，然上代错综复杂之恩怨，加上重重误会，却把二人推到互不相容的地步，在事业及感情上均有纠葛。

　　故事发生在三十年代的香港，贪官污吏横行，拐卖案件频发。某日，梁芯（杨怡 饰）前往警局报案，遇见了名为金华（张继聪 饰）的杂差，梁芯深知警局内见钱眼开的歪风邪气，自然没有将破案的指望托付在金华身上。之后，梁芯遇见了警察沉一然（杨明 饰），和其他警探不同，沉一然年轻有为正直勇敢，在他的帮助下，人贩最终落入法网。
　　梁芯和沉一然之间产生了真挚的感情，然而梁芯身份特殊，自知无法名正言顺的和沉一然走到一起，于是选择将这份感情埋藏在心底。早已经爱上梁芯的金华将这一切看在眼里，为了成全所爱之人，他忍痛出面调解，最终顺利的将梁芯和沉一然撮合到了一起。

　　家，是每个人背后的精神支柱。
　　四十集「天伦」，正好肯定了「家」的存在价值。在家的护荫下，让每一个人能建立对生命的信念，勇敢地向前迈进。
　　林海(张翼)是鲤鱼门海鲜酒家的东主，育有两子两女，长子林家达(林嘉华)是典型世界仔，次子林家伟(关礼华)外表粗豪，实则为人细心，侍父至孝，但由于性格刚直，常与父发生龃龉。三女林紫珊(郭蔼明)天生丽质，甚为聪颖，四女林紫琼(钟淑慧)性格内向，缺乏自信。
　　林家还有一个重要成员，便是林海之妹妹(顾美华)，年近四十，但乐观豁达，是林家之精神支柱。任职大车行营业主任，但仍是单身贵族一名，她与男友齐亮天(朱江)的一段感情纠缠多年，仍未有结果，皆因对方是有妇之夫，而天为了道义和责任问题，一直对离婚一事迟疑不决。及至天的女儿齐雪儿(蔡少芬)，发现了父与清的恋情，更暗思报复。先是苦缠达，使他与妻子张玉卿(林其欣)闹翻，又施计迫使伟的妻子唐可琪(黎姿)离开林家，继而欲毒害清然后嫁祸王细九(许绍雄)。不料害人终害己……
　　九是琪的养父，对清有非凡感情，但基于清之心已另有所属，唯有把感情埋藏心底。
　　至于三女珊，自小虽受众人宠爱，人生旅途畅顺无阻。自嫁入豪门后，波折重重，与丈夫宋文俊(邵仲衡)相爱，但彼此的人生目标各有不同，因而数度离合，最后看破红尘，递入空门，其后在一次意外中俊为求珊而变成植物人，令珊再起尘世情爱之念……
　　除了卡士强劲，此剧的故事亦十分紧凑，讲述家庭伦理恩怨情仇，爱恨交缠，剧力万钧。故事围绕林家四兄弟姊妹，大哥林嘉华背着妻子林其欣与美丽的蔡少芬发展婚外情，却差点被一心利用他报仇的蔡少芬害得家散人亡。二哥关礼杰与黎姿本属斗气冤家，朝夕相对下渐生情愫，最终有情人终成眷属；可惜婚后却不停遭家里的恶魔蔡少芬陷害，差点害得黎姿小产。三妹郭蔼明本为娱乐圈新星，与富家子邵颂衡一见钟情，可惜邵颂衡的家人并不喜欢当演员的郭蔼明；最后她为邵颂衡放弃如日中天的演艺事业一心嫁入豪门，却发现并不如想像中幸福，两人相处亦问题频生，最终分手收场。但其实两人仍心爱对方，究竟在经历三离三合后能否再走在一起？四妹钟淑慧则是一位害羞怕事的女孩，她邂逅了有妇之夫曾伟权并怀有其骨肉，受尽千夫所指。最终林家四兄妹的下场会如何？他们又能否与自己心中所爱开展幸福生活？收看此四十集家族情仇伦理剧自有分晓。

　　CSI: NY (Crime Scene Investigation: New York) is an American police procedural television series that ran on CBS from September 22, 2004 to February 22, 2013, for a total of nine seasons and 197 original episodes. The show follows the investigations of a team of NYPD forensic scientists and police officers identified as "Crime Scene Investigators" (instead of the actual title of "Crime Scene Unit Forensic Technicians" (CSU)) as they unveil the circumstances behind mysterious and unusual deaths, as well as other crimes. The series is an indirect spin-off from the veteran series CSI: Crime Scene Investigation and a direct spin-off from CSI: Miami, during an episode in which several of the CSI: NY characters made their first appearances. It is the third series in the CSI franchise.
