Lopez is promoted detective and opts to hold off on announcing her pregnancy for a clean start as a rookie detective.

　　柳德焕在剧中饰演韩国大学特聘法医韩振宇，按照剧情设定，第四季结束后韩振宇将在京畿道附近的深山中过着隐居生活，在该系列中，案件乍看起来都是完美的自然死亡或事故死亡，但唯有法医韩振宇火眼金睛，能从谜一般的杀人案中寻到线索，拨开层层迷雾，找到案件的真相。

　　该剧是狄更斯名著《雾都孤儿》的衍生，讲述小说中的小偷Jack Dawkins现在长大了，时间和背景来到1850年代的澳大利亚，如今Dawkins已凭着一双巧手成为了一名外科医生。但随着Fagin的到来，他的犯罪史又浮出水面，引诱着他重操旧业。而本地管理者的女儿决定成为当地第一个女外科医生，她对Dawkins来说是更大的威胁，尤其是能打动他的心。
