　　北宋末年，奸臣当道，民不聊生。曾为神捕司统领的诸葛正我（林嘉华饰）是朝廷中的正义力量，却多年郁郁不得志。他希望能重掌神捕司儆恶惩奸以整顿法纪，于是他召集天下英才伸张正义，组成各怀绝技的“武林四大名捕”：被誉为“暗器之王”而独步天下的大师兄无情（林峰饰），积恶扬善练就一双铁掌的二师兄铁手（马国明饰），放浪不羁游戏江湖的三师兄追命（陈键锋饰）腿功惊人，追踪术无人能及，以及看似冷酷实则重情重义，练就一剑封喉绝技的四师弟冷血（吴卓羲饰）。在诸葛正我的带领下，四大捕快为民请命，破案无数，深得朝廷跟百姓的赞颂。从此江湖人称“四大名捕”。

　　Plot of the series:
　　In the series “Catherine Season 4 Favorites,” the reign of the Great Empress of Russia, Catherine Alekseevna II, continues. The events take place in 1779, when the queen has been on the throne for seventeen years and has reached the peak of her greatness. Her fame spread not only to neighboring countries, but throughout Europe. Such a nickname as “Great” was assigned to her by the high society of Europe, thanks to the efforts of the influential Princess Dashkova, who was always devoted to Catherine II.
　　Upon returning from abroad, Catherine II is helped by the ruler’s main associate, Ekaterina Romanovna Dashkova. Meanwhile, her husband mentioned in the series, Prince Grigory Alexandrovich Potemkin, remaining in second place in the State, is no longer her favorite. New favorites appear one after another, but they are all under the close supervision of Potemkin. None of the new favorites can maintain their position for long. 　　新剧方面消息，FOX今日已宣布续订《哥谭》和《嘻哈帝国》。《嘻哈帝国》首播收视率3.8（18-49岁），已正式成为这个电视播出季最受欢迎的新剧，踢下了ABC电视网同样是黑人演员挑大梁的罪案剧《逍遥法外》。《嘻哈帝国》第二集收视率更是攀升，达到4.0，仅播出两集就得到续订的好消息，可见其势头。
