人称帮主的钟邦（钟景辉 饰）在六十年代创立了诚实地产代理公司，而今，年过六十的他早已退休，而诚实地产亦交给他的儿子钟志良（吴启华 饰）接手。钟志良十分能干，把诚实地产打理得有声有色。但年近不惑的他由于整天忙于工作而一直忽略了终生大事，这令到帮主十分心急。一天，化妆品推销员Eline（蒙嘉慧 饰）的朋友租住到帮主所在的大厦，搬家时得到了帮主等一班老顽童的帮助，Eline由此和帮主混熟了。 　　Eline深感推销化妆品赚钱远不及推销房屋来得快，于是想加入房地产代理行业。在她去城中最大的地产代理公司卓越面试时，遇到了旧时的中学暗恋的对象霍明轩（曹永廉 饰），原本灵牙俐齿的她忽然窘迫得讲不出话来，当然她到卓越的面试失败了。帮主推荐Eline加入了诚实地产，Eline发现这里除了钟志良外，其他人全都十分奇尼古怪，一度想退出。这时，卓越的的生意范围开始入侵到诚实的地盘，钟志良等人开始为对抗卓越而四出奔波

　　正值事业春天的汪国栋（崔雨鑫 饰）在一个风和日丽的下午，收到了初恋情人柳冰（刘世琳 饰）葬礼的邀请函。已经而立之年的他在和柳冰分开的这些年中，曾经无数次幻想过和她再次重逢的场面，但没有一种是这样决绝的方式。她的死，把汪国栋被分手这些年对这个女人所有的怨恨和不甘心都反转成了最初的爱情，带着一堆问号和对柳冰的思念，汪国栋回到了当初他们从小一起长大的城市。在柳冰的葬礼上，他不仅重逢了这些年因为误解失去联系的少年挚友刘二斤（杨默 饰）和方杠子（陈欣 饰），还有这次葬礼的主人公，活着的柳冰。柳冰的出现，让汪国栋觉得自己再一次被她无情的耍了，也把他的回忆调整到了十几年前，不得不记起那些最真挚却又最想忘记的过往。然而得到了真相的汪国栋仿佛在找回过往的瞬间又再次失去了一切。

　　阿佑（王喜 饰）从小要立志成为一名出色的消防员。成年后的他与好友阿兴（钱嘉乐 饰）、阿拔（郑敬基 饰）一同报考了消防学校。此间，他们认识了阿瑶（关咏荷 饰）、阿柏（古天乐 饰）还有子基（邓兆尊 饰）。成为了好友的他们在毕业之后各自分派到了不同消防部门。除了阿柏以外，他们几个都派到了阿峰（李子雄 饰）的队伍中，阿佑的出色表现更获得阿峰的欣赏，。
　　阿佑的母亲突然病危，令阿佑意想不到的是他与峰竟是同父异母的兄弟，再者，两人在工作上也出现了极大的分歧，两人关系迅速降温。
　　被派往驻守长洲的阿柏这时与同事阿翠（梁峥 饰）发生了感情，可是阿翠早已是自己哥哥（郑子诚 饰）的女友……

　　Netflix直接预订Veena Sud负责编剧﹑Gavin O’Connor执导的诗选剧《七秒 Seven Seconds》，定于美国时间2月23日上线，首季10集的《七秒》用了美国时下热门题材，讲述在泽西市因为一个黑人少年受到警察的严重伤害而死，因而黑人市民与白人警察 关系十分紧张。
　　Clare-Hope Ashitey饰演K.J. Harper，新泽西州的助理检察官，接手了这次事件。Michael Mosley饰演绰号”Fish”的Joe Rinaldi，一个经验丰富的新泽西警探，被指派跟检察官KJ Harper合作。
　　David Lyons饰演Mike Diangelo，大男人主义者的他奉献了生活给新泽西警察，是他那小型缉毒部队的实际领导者；Beau Knapp饰演部队的菜鸟Peter Jablonski，他渴望取悦队长/父亲榜样似的Mike Diangelo。Zackary Momoh饰演Felix Osorio﹑Patrick Murney饰演Gary Wilcox，四人皆在同一支缉毒部队。
