　　《吐槽大会 第2季》是一档喜剧类脱口秀，每一集邀请一位阅历丰富、三观正确的名人作为“被吐槽”的主嘉宾，由这位名人邀请一群自己的圈中好友跨界表演，挑战吐槽式喜剧脱口秀。节目本质是一场以脱口秀为表演形式的大型喜剧演出，通过嘉宾和嘉宾之间的调侃，在嬉笑怒骂、哈哈大笑中传递正确的三观。
