《一代歌后》是台湾中国电视公司1987年播出的连续剧，由潘迎紫饰演周璇，姜厚任演出周璇第二任丈夫朱怀德(剧中名朱飞白)。
改编自同名小说，讲述了在对生活没有欲望，像傀儡一样生活的24岁郑熙完（金敏荷饰）在去世前一周，见到小时候的朋友兼初恋金蓝宇（孔明饰）作为阴间使者出现后回 到高中时期，寻找生活的意义和爱情的故事。

This drama is set in a south Florida plastic surgery center, McNamara-Troy, centering around the two doctors who own it.
