　　卡尔文和戴夫还将相处至少一季的时间，CBS宣布《东邻西舍》将续订第五季，作为该台2022-2023的总计划中的一部播出。本剧收视率取得了喜人的成绩，是CBS收视率排名前四的喜剧之一。据网络统计，本剧收视人数为662万。
